Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property on scheduled service dates. Service timing may be adjusted due to weather, site conditions, or operational needs.

Payments

Payment is due according to the terms listed on your quote, invoice, or service agreement. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Changes in Scope

Additional work requested by the client, or required due to unexpected site conditions, may result in adjusted pricing.

Weather and Service Delays

Certain services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather or unsafe working conditions. We reserve the right to perform services at the earliest safe and practical opportunity.
